*The ancient Sanskrit word "chakra" means wheel of light. Chakras are the internal generators and regulators of the life force that flows through the human energy system. Chakras are basically energy channels that run through the body along the spine and are located in different sections of the human body. Each chakra is considered a focal point and relates to spiritual, physical, and emotional energies that are tied in with the endocrine system. Chakras allow for the flow of energy into and out of the body. This energy flow comes from many sources including that of the Creator. Each chakra is one facet of an energy circulatory system. Each chakra is unique yet all chakras function together as a whole.
